Information you provide
The access form sends your name, email address, optional product or company name, a description of your needs and confirmation that you have read the terms and privacy notice. Do not include files or sensitive personal information. If you email support, your message and contact details are handled to respond to your request. The sign-in form sends your email address and password to this website’s server. The application does not log, persist or return passwords in responses.
How the public form works
The invitation form processes the submitted fields to validate your request and return an acknowledgement. Submitting a request does not create an account or activate access. Contact support directly if you need a response about your invitation.
Technical information
A web request necessarily exposes technical information, such as an IP address and user agent, to the infrastructure serving the website. Hosting and network systems may process this information for delivery and security. The website application does not add advertising analytics or log the content of invitation requests.
Cookies and local preferences
After you select OK, we save an acknowledgement in your browser’s localStorage so the notice stays closed on this site. It has no automatic expiry and contains no personal identifier. No acknowledgement request is sent to the server. Clearing this site’s browser data shows the notice again. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your language follows the page address and the interface follows your device’s light or dark appearance setting.
Your choices
You can browse without sending the invitation form. Contact support to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided in correspondence, or to raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights depend on the law that applies to you. We may need to verify a request before taking action.
