These terms govern your use of the Dropvia website, public API and requests for access. Read them together with our privacy notice.
Access to Dropvia
Registration is closed. An invitation request is not an account, a promise of access or a subscription. File operations are available only where access has been approved. Any storage allowance, price and additional conditions must be communicated before activation.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully. Do not submit malware, exploit systems, bypass restrictions, disrupt availability, impersonate others or use the website to send unsolicited messages. Do not upload or share content you are not entitled to use, including material that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.
Your information and content
Provide an email address you control. You remain responsible for content you submit and for the permissions needed to share it. You retain your rights to your content. Access to this website does not transfer ownership of Dropvia branding, software or other protected material.
File access and availability
A file link does not guarantee that a file is available or that the recipient has permission to access it. Keep an independent copy of important files. Service status is informational and is not a service-level commitment. Access may be limited to prevent misuse, comply with applicable law or maintain the service.
Payments and service changes
Submitting an invitation request does not authorize a charge. Any paid service must be subject to a separate, clearly presented offer before purchase. We may change the website or these terms; the updated version and its date will be published here. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
